We accept credit card payment through WorldPay or PayPal payment system, we also accept Personal Cheque, Money Order and Bank Transfer, but Credit terms are not available.
For purchase amounting to AUD550 or more, we only accept payment through PayPal, Bank Transfer, Check and Money Order. If the purchase amount exceeds AUD950, we only accept payment through Bank Transfer, Check or Money Order.

Our web system will show you the detail payment information during the checkout process. Please be sure to note the E-store.net.au and Order Number on the back of your Cheque or receipt of Money Order when you send us, as we will require this to help track the incoming payment. Bank Transfer and Money Order are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 5 days for any Company Cheque and 11 days for Personal Cheque due to our current banking policy.

Tax
The total price of any order will include the applicable sales taxes only. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
