Guidelines for Battery Usage in KODAK
Digital Cameras
Choosing a Battery
There are many batteries available on the market today and choosing
the right one to use in your digital camera can be confusing. Digital
camera requirements are very demanding on batteries. Your camera has
been designed to operate correctly using a variety of AA-size batteries
currently available. These include 1.5-volt alkaline, 1.2-volt Nickel
Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) or Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries. The table
below describes requirements or the KODAK battery of choice, if available,
in order of general preference for performance in a digital camera.
Generally, if you choose not to use rechargeable batteries, use KODAK
PHOTOLIFE alkaline batteries. These batteries will last more than twice
as long in digital cameras as ordinary alkaline batteries.
